The third leg of the UCI Junior Nation’s Cup, the Trofeo Karlsberg, Germany, begins Thursday and will run through Sunday.
The first event for the UCI Junior Nation’s Cup 2009 was the Paris-Roubaix Juniors, France, April 12th. The Belgian Guillaume Van Keirsbulck won this event. A historical first ever victory in this bike race by a Belgian cyclist.
The second leg was the Course de la Paix Junior, Czech Republic, May 6 – 10. Lukasz Wisniowski of Poland was the winner of this prestigious junior stage race.
